Use Operations to manage the self-hosted Linux runners attached to one workspace. The summary shows available runners, active work, runner pools, and environments for the selected workspace.

Add a Linux runner

Choose the workspace

Confirm the organisation and workspace at the top of Operations. Pairing credentials are workspace-scoped.

Create a pairing token

Select Add Linux runner, enter the runner details, and create the short-lived token.

Run the supplied command

Use the command on the intended Linux x86-64 or ARM64 host. Do not store the token in a config file, image, service unit, or shell history.

Verify the device

The runner generates its device key locally. Compare the printed fingerprint before trusting the new host.

Read runner state

Each runner row shows its operating system, architecture, application version, tags, last heartbeat, current workload, and lifecycle state. Revocation is different from taking a host offline. An offline runner may reconnect with its existing device credential; a revoked runner must be paired again.

Billing boundary

Self-hosted runner execution is unmetered. A runner can still call external services that charge independently, but its compute time is not deducted from the sndbox cloud balance. Managed hosted runners and managed browser workers are covered by Usage and Billing.
