# Execution limits

> Know the implemented bounds that keep workflows, files, browser sessions, and plugins finite.

| Boundary | Implemented value |
| - | - |
| Desktop default node timeout | 30000 ms for new repository workflows |
| Open Browser default timeout | 30000 ms; editor range 100–120000 ms |
| Browser session default maximum | 1800000 ms; sidecar hard ceiling 4 hours |
| Screenshot default maximum | 10 MB |
| Download default maximum | 100 MB; editor range 1–2048 MB |
| Read File default maximum | 10 MB; editor range 1–100 MB |
| Workflow import/export | 2 MB definition envelope |
| Manual approval expiry | 1–10080 minutes |
| Gmail poll interval | 1–60 minutes |
| AI node instruction | 100000 characters |
| AI node output request | 64–32000 tokens |
| AI node timeout | 1000–300000 ms; default 90000 ms |
| Code source | 2 MB |
| Python/JavaScript Code timeout | 100–120000 ms; default 30000 ms |
| Code stdout/stderr | 64 KiB each |
| Web Builder source | 4 MB combined across HTML, JavaScript, and CSS |
| Collection node input | 10,000 items |
| Collection node result | 10,000 items |
| One workflow item | 1 MiB JSON value |
| Aggregate result | 16 MiB |
| Cartesian Merge | 25,000 result items, further bounded by configured `maxResults` |
| Loop Over Items | 10,000 iterations and concurrency 16 |
| Cross-run deduplication | 50,000 committed keys per node |
| Execution item preview | 100 items per node; authoritative counts are retained |

Plugin runtime defaults are 32 MB linear memory, 25 million fuel units, 30 seconds, 1 MB input/output, and 2 MB host responses. A plugin node can request a shorter timeout up to five minutes; host policy can impose a lower bound.

Limits can differ for a configured hosted service or workspace policy. Treat a failure code and execution evidence as authoritative for the attempted run instead of assuming a larger deployment value.
